Just wanted to give you quick heads up. I spoke at some length with an intended parent yesterday. She is contemplating beginning the IVF process and believes she has found a gestational carrier. I explained that I am retired [mostly] and no longer have the staff or resources to represent intended parents. I exclusively represent gestational carriers on contract reviews. She asked if I could recommend a good attorney or agency to her. I told her that I don’t work FOR any agency or firm, but I work WITH quite a few. I told her the truth…… that you/your firm is the best, most timely, professional and friendly I work with. Further that if one of my daughters was considering becoming involved in the process either as an intended parent, genetic parent, or gestational carrier that I would strongly recommend you/your firm to them.
