Jenna L. Hanson

Jenna is a senior attorney who focuses entirely on Assisted Reproductive Technology
Law, with a focus on parentage establishment, donor contracts, and estate planning.
Having both adopted siblings and in-laws, she is passionate about helping people
create their families and knows first-hand the beauty and happiness third-party family
building brings to all involved. She attended law school at the University of Minnesota,
where she graduated cum laude. Upon graduation, she began working at the Volunteer
Lawyers Network before clerking for the Hennepin County Family Court for several
years. During her time working for the largest judicial district in Minnesota, she clerked
for one of the two judicial officers who handled Assisted Reproductive Technology
cases, giving her a unique insight into the legal intricacies of parentage proceedings.
Her knowledge of both the public and private sectors gives her a well-rounded and in-
depth expertise to draw upon when assisting her clients.

Jenna knows that undergoing any aspect of assisted reproductive technology involves
coordinated efforts between medical and legal professionals, so she works closely with
agencies, clinics, and other attorneys in both the U.S. and internationally to ensure her
clients receive well-rounded guidance in all aspects of their journey.

Jenna lives in Prior Lake with her husband, Tyler, and two children, Bennett and
Madilynn. When she is not at lacrosse tournaments or dance competitions, she enjoys
spending time with her family in the lovely Minnesota outdoors.
